Terms and Conditions

  • Wonderkraftz reserves the right to accept or reject any order. The mode of communication of
    acceptance would be through phone/email
  • Wonderkraftz takes complete responsibility for the packaging and dispatching of the products in
    pristine condition.

  • Since all our products are completely customized, there will be some discrepancy in the picture on the
    website and the actual product .
  • Images of clients used in the products may be used for marketing on the website of Wonderkraftz.
  • However, If the user doesn’t want their images to be public, they have to inform our team at the time of
    placing the order. Wonderkraftz will not be responsible for any misinformation.
  • In case of any complaint of any product, the client needs to inform within 48 hours of delivery. No
    complaints shall be entertained regarding the defective /wrongly ordered product after the mentioned
    time frame.
  • If we are unable to deliver your product due to clients incomplete address /recipient not available at
    the time of delivary,any extra cost spent by Wonderkraftz for re-dispatch shall be claimed from the
    client before re-dispatch.
  • We take 50% advance money on confirmation of order and the balance amount a day before
    dispatching the product.
  • No refund will be done in case of any cancellation/changes made.
